Bruce has 10 years of classical piano training from the Toronto Conservatory. He has been teaching guitar, banjo, ukulele, harmonica and piano for over 30 years. He specializes in guitar finger-style, country, blues and ragtime, 5 string bluegrass banjo. He offers students positive instruction and encouragement to be the best musicians they can be.
His rate is $30 per half hour.

Ella has been teaching piano in the South Surrey / White Rock area for over 25 years. She has her A.R.C.T. in Piano Teaching from the Royal Conservatory of Music, as well as a BA from UBC and is a member of the British Columbia Registered Music Teachers Association. She is an RCM Certified Specialist in Elementary, Intermediate, and Advanced Piano, in Elementary and Intermediate Theory, and in Advanced Music History and Harmony. She specializes in teaching Classical music and exam preparation but also enjoys teaching those students who want to learn for their own enjoyment.
Her rate is $31 per half hour lesson.

Jennifer Abbott has been an avid member of the music scene for over 35 years, teaching and specializing in piano and keyboard knowledge. She has extensive experience instructing students of all ages and styles of piano, keyboard and ukulele. Jenn has been involved with many workshops, accompanied professional choirs and taught group lessons. Jenn offers and enjoyable and practical approach to learning and welcomes students of all ages and abilities. Jenn especially loves working with young children and beginners. She also teaches beginner clarinet to students 8 years and older.
Her rate is $30 per half hour.

Jullin specializes in advanced piano and vocal training but enjoys helping students at any level achieve their goals. She has over 30 years experience in teaching and performance and worked in nearly every music genre. Vocal Performance studies began at Lakehead University, continued with Robert Turner of Portsmouth, Virginia then followed by lessons with Dr. Shirley Zielinski at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. She studied Jazz and Classical Piano and has a Diploma from Western Ontario Conservatory of Music in Piano Teaching. She is past Executive Director of the Richmond Music Festival; Vancouver Kiwanis Music Festivals and past GM of the Vancouver Youth Symphony Orchestra. Her rate is $32 per half hour.

Kelsey has her ARCT in piano from the Royal Conservatory of Music and has studied vocal performance at Berklee College of Music. She has over 10 years teaching experience. Kelsey is also an avid performer and solo recording musician. She is enthusiastic and makes strong connections with all her students. She looks forward to teaching all ages, levels, and styles in both piano and voice. While she loves rock and metal she is also interested in classical, pop, and r'n'b.
Kelsey's rate is $30 per half hour.

With over 30 years of performance experience and a deep-rooted passion for music, Maria is a seasoned music teacher dedicated to nurturing and developing musical talent. Self-taught and mentored by industry experts, Maria has composed over 100 original songs and secured first place in a prestigious singing contest. Her teaching philosophy focuses on playing from the heart, building on individual strengths, and creating a collaborative learning experience tailored to each student's unique style. Maria’s extensive volunteer work in elementary schools, churches, and fundraisers underscores her compassionate approach to music education. All ages welcome.
She teaches a variety of genres, including Pop, Musicals, Rock, Alternative, Motown, Country, Opera, and more.
Maria's rate is $30 per half hour.

Mike has been teaching for over 25 years and has been a professional drummer since the age of 14. He has a Grade 10 Diploma in piano from the Royal Conservatory of Music. He has also trained to teach advanced jazz and improvisation for piano and drums. On drums he has worked with several bands such as Trooper and recently received recognition in the Canadian music Hall Of Fame for his contributions during his time with Trooper. He excels in teaching rock, jazz, latin and funk. Mike welcomes students of all skill levels and caters to ages 7 and up.
His rate is $32 per half hour.
